个人简历：

心理学博士，硕士生导师，安徽安庆人。安徽省社科界优青人才库后备人选，安徽省心理卫生协会心理评估专委会委员。研究兴趣包括航空与交通心理、人因工程与用户体验、职业心理健康、社会心理等。目前共发表SCI/SSCI/CSSCI论文20篇，以第一/通讯作者在心理科学、Safety Science、Humanities and Social Sciences Communications、Aerospace Medicine and Human Performance等期刊发表论文7篇。主持安徽省自然科学基金项目、安徽省哲学社会科学规划项目、安徽省高校人文社会科学重点项目、中央高校基本科研项目等多项课题，参与国家级及省部级课题6项。获陕西省优秀博士学位论文、陕西高等学校人文社会科学研究优秀成果一等奖。担任International Journal of Tourism Research、Current Psychology、Acta Psychologica、BMC Psychology、Frontiers in Neuroscience等期刊审稿人。指导员工获全国心理学本科生创新创业论坛二等奖1项，安徽省双百大赛三等奖1项，大创省级项目2项。
